Your collected identity, contact, location, customer transaction and financial data may be processed within the scope of your explicit consent for the purposes of conducting campaigns, draws and competitions, increasing customer satisfaction, measuring and improving brand perception, performing market research and survey processes, customizing the products and services offered by the Company according to your tastes, usage habits and needs, and sending advertisements, promotions, campaigns and similar messages to the communication channel you prefer and sharing them with third parties we receive services from for this purpose.

 

If you give your explicit consent, your related personal data will be transferred to Microsoft Cloud Server which is located abroad and your location data will be transmitted to Alphabet Inc. (Google), which is located abroad, based on your explicit consent, in order for you to use the map service within the app.

 

The Persons Your Personal Data Can Be Shared with and the Purposes Thereof

Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public organizations and private entities within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 8 of the Law for the above-mentioned purposes.

 

If you give your explicit consent, your location data will be transmitted to Alphabet Inc. (Google), which is located abroad, based on your explicit consent, in order for you to use the map service within the app.

 

What is the Method and Legal Grounds of Collecting Your Personal Data?

Your personal data are collected, as you contact our Company, electronically from the website, call center, mobile application, social media, telephone and the internal systems of the Company, and physically through dealers and authorized service channels for the following legal reasons;

Based on the legal grounds of the execution of the agreement for the purposes of offering products, services and after-sales support, procuring services, creating a customer card and conducting appointment, on-site promotion and sale operations, 

Based on the legal grounds that data processing is required for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right for the purpose of evaluating your requests and complaints,

Based on the legal reason that data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not bring harm to the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject for the purpose of carrying out the membership registration procedures when you choose to become a member and managing your membership account, increasing customer satisfaction, maintaining the customer relations procedures, for the necessary works to be performed by our relevant business units in order to carry out the commercial activities of our Company and for the relevant business processes to be conducted, as well as managing the communication channels,

What are Your Rights as the Data Subject?

We hereby inform you that as the Data Subject you have the following rights pursuant to Article 11 of the Law:

 

  1. Learn whether personal data with regard to them have been processed,
  2. If their personal data have been processed, request information in that regard,
  3. Learn the purpose of processing the personal data and whether these are used in line with the purpose,
  4. Know the third persons to whom the personal data have been transferred in Turkey and abroad,
  5. Request the correction of personal data if they are incomplete or incorrectly processed and request that the actions performed within this scope be notified to the third parties to whom personal data are transferred,
  6. Request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring processing are no longer applicable even though they were processed in accordance with the provisions of Law and other respective laws and request that the actions performed within this scope be notified to the third parties to whom personal data are transferred,
  7. Object to an unfavorable outcome arising as a result of the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  8. Request indemnification in case of incurring damage due to unlawful processing of personal data,

You can submit your application regarding the above-listed rights using the methods listed in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Your applications will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest depending on the nature of your request. However, if the action to be performed brings about additional cost, you may be asked for a fee according to the rates to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
